DTH Balance Enquiry

Find how to check your DTH account balance in few simple steps. DTH users can check the account balance either on TV or through online or by SMS. To check online you will require Username, Customer ID and Registered Telephone Number etc.

•  You can check the balance online using Customer ID or Registered Telephone number on the following link:

• You can also SMS BAL <Customer ID> to 9212012299 from registered telephone number.
• Or Dial 1800 1370 444 to know your account balance.

Tata Sky :

• To check balance on your Television,Press the Home button on your Tata Sky Remote to know your account balance.

• Check balance online,go to Tata Sky website,click My Tata Sky-Online under Recharge Tab.Log in to your account using username or registered telephone number.

• To get your current account balance and due date on mobile, SMS BD to 56633 from your Registered Mobile Number.

Airtel Digital TV :

• You can check your Airtel Digital TV account balance right away on your TV, go to ‘My Accounts’ section from the ‘Main Menu’ of the Electronic Programme Guide to check your monthly account status and account balance.

• To check your Airtel Digital TV balance online, register for an account with your customer ID and registered phone number.

• Check your Airtel Digital TV balance from mobile by sending SMS BAL to 54325 from your registered telephone number. To check the balance of other DTH from any mobile number, SMS BAL <Customer ID> to 54325.

Sun Direct :

To check your balance online,register for an account with your Smart card number as your  Login Username and “password” as password. Once you have logged in,you can change the password.

 Dish Tv :

• To check Dish Tv account balance online, click the following link :

• You can register for an account and log in using Viewing card number and password.
